📘 What is Report Writing?
Report Writing is a formal way of presenting information, facts, and findings on a specific event, issue, or topic. It is usually written in a structured format and is meant to inform or record something. A report should be concise, factual, and objective.
Format of Report Writing:
- Title – Clearly state the topic or event.
- Byline – Name and class of the reporter (e.g., By Ramesh, Class 12).
- Introduction – What the report is about.
- Body – Details of the event (what, when, where, who, how, why).
- Conclusion – Outcomes, suggestions, or final remarks.

Title: Science Exhibition Held in School

A science exhibition was held at Govt. H.S. School, Bhopal on 10th July 2025. The event was inaugurated by the District Collector. Students from classes 6 to 12 participated with great enthusiasm.
Different science models were displayed, showing innovative ideas like water-saving systems, solar energy, earthquake detectors, etc. The visitors appreciated the creativity and hard work of the students. Teachers guided the participants, and parents also attended in large numbers.
